This book is a well documented hard hitting overview of the vaccine industry and the debilitating effects and deaths that have resulted from the extensive use of vaccines. The author, a retired school psychologist initially did not question vaccines until he began seeing an explosion in cases of autism over the years. That set him on an investigation of the causes of autism "...by attending conferences and workshops and researching the subject by reading books, a multitude of articles, scientific studies, opinion papers...on every side of the argument." It became evident to him that the connection between vaccines and autism was real.The second edition includes a section, Covid-19 Hysteria in addition to the original section, Manufacturing Hysteria. It lays out the vaccine industry/negligent government claims of safety and efficacy and directly expose those flaws with research from medical journals, government's own records, and well documented findings from independent investigators and practitioners. The Unfortunate Truth About Vaccines is an important contribution to making truly informed decisions about personal health and community well being. From my perspective, it provides a hopeful path to awareness of the need for personal freedom and health decisions and community understanding.

The author has a very thorough knowledge of the history of vaccines, pharmaceutical companies and the role they play in government and the media. He also had 35 years experience, as a school psychologist, treating special needs children. His book is very easy to read and understand without a medical background. It covers all the main vaccines, the possible risks and harms, ingredients, the corruption and conflicts of interest between Pharma; FDA, CDC etc. along with some of the history of medical experiments on humans in the USA. I also really appreciate the appendix and references; which provides the reader with help on how to report vaccine injuries, how to discuss the vaccine controversy and much more. Be ready to be greatly disturbed by the truth, but grateful to know the facts. This book should be required for all who may vote on vaccine legislation.

After reading this book, I ordered three more copies—one for my medical practitioner and two for my grown children who have their own children now. The book is extremely detailed, well organized, clearly written and very readable for the layman. As an RN with 30 years of experience in the medical field, I began questioning the safety and efficacy of the Covid vaccine when it was introduced. I read several books and articles on the problems possibly inherent in this vaccine and was surprised that these opinions and findings were considered as misinformation. In my continued reading, I have found this book to be one of the best I have read. Mr. Canerot with his meticulous research into the questionable assumptions about all vaccines leaves no doubt about their dangers. The alarming role of the pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, and the mainstream media is also well documented and presented. I appreciated the clear summary and recommendations at the end of the book. The recommendations gave a bit of hope in the possibility of change in a discouraging vaccine reality.

It's a great easy to read book with alot of information and well organized for easy reference. It covers many things that aren't being discussed by the media, government officials, Doctors, or disclosed by the manufacturers aka big Pharma. Finally someone admits as many of us know that autism wasn't ever encountered and was extremely rare before 1990. Great book!

Leon Canaret has done his homework on childhood vaccines. With hundreds of references, he makes a compelling case for the need to question vaccine safety and efficacy. As a school psychologist working with special needs children over the last four decades, he saw rates of autism in children explode. His book also emphasizes the conflict of interest that is at work in our for-profit medical system, it's relationship to BIG Pharma and the legal protection it has regarding responsibility to vaccine related injuries.

This book is very easy to read and has incredible information. I wish more doctors especially would read this book in order to see the harm that vaccines can cause. It is very well written, and each chapter gives a wealth of information. Mr. Canerot documents his findings, so it is easy for the reader to check his information. He also has pages of notes so the reader can further study about vaccines. I highly recommend this book for both professionals and lay people.

‘The Unfortunate Truth About Vaccines: Exposing The Vaccines Orthodoxy’, was very easy to read, understand and is well organized.Never before has it been more important to research the subject of vaccines from different sources.I find this book useful as a resourceful reference tool.I found page after page full of information to explore and appreciate the almost 500 notes as reference. For instance, some of the information written about is DDT, biologist Rachel Carson, and Jonas Salk.

A book that gives the real story behind vaccinations, and reveals some hidden facts. Deserves a read. Phil S
