Great shoe for achilles tendonitis - recommend by my orthopedic doctor!
I love this shoe and because of it's design, I have gotten over my achilles tendonitis! However, Adidas customer service sucks! I rarely write reviews, but decided to write one after fruitless emails and chats with Adidas. I got these shoes 3 months ago and a couple weeks after getting them, I noticed a dark discoloration on the heel of one of the shoes. I take good care of my shoes and have not walked through any dirt. This is not dirt! I have tried a Magic Eraser, soap, bleach, OxyClean and nothing will even lighten it. It appears to be possibly glue seeping from the sole. So, I contacted Adidas. I don't even need a new pair of shoes, I just wanted to know if they have seen this problem before and if they know how to fix it. They didn't seem to understand my request over email, so today I tried chat. That went NOWHERE! Most of the chat was spent tried to find the case number I had been assigned over email. Then I was told I would have to contact Amazon since I bought the shoes from them. What is Amazon going to do? Anyway, maybe someone from Adidas will see this review or maybe it will help another customer...or maybe someone has had this problem before and knows how to clean it! I just had to make one last attempt since these shoes aren't cheap and I have to keep wearing them because of my tendon.

Style and support
The slim style looks great with just about anything, and the shoes are supportive enough to wear on the pavement for miles. The fit is genuinely true to size, but if you plan to walk long distances in them immediately, the narrow cut will not be too forgiving. I have narrow feet, but bought my size and also half a size larger (which is a little too loose for me), and after trying on both at the end of a day, kept the larger pair. I am glad I did. If you are not on your feet that much, the usual size should be fine.I have had 2 issues: 1) one of the shoes had a stiff seam that rubbed my ankle bone sore, so I had to wear thicker/higher socks and put some moleskin on the seam of the shoe; and 2) the laces are very slippery and often untie unless you double-tie them.

Different from previous styles but still comfy
I’ve had the Ultraboost 19s for almost 3 years and finally decided it was time to get a new pair. While I do like these, they feel a lot different than what I l’m used to.First- these look great but they do make my feet look a bit larger because the soles are so bulky. I personally don’t mind, but I can imagine some people may be bothered by this. Second- these are lower and less supportive around the ankle. If you need more ankleSupport I would pass on this style. The pair of 19s that I love have a woven almost sock-like material on the upper which made them feel more secure. This pair is not like that at all and my normal size 8 feels a smidge loose in comparison. Finally, the cushion or ultraboost material feels less bouncy. All in all, I’m happy with this pair of shoes and I’m glad I upgraded from my 3 y/o pair. Personally, I think I prefer the style and feel of the 19, but I may change my mind as I wear this new pair more frequently.

Great shoes after worn a few times
Most of the people have a problem with how these fit. HOWEVER, you have to wear them more than once to break them in. Once you do, they are amazing. It took me 4 wears with this pair and after that, I am in comfort for an entire 10 hour day on my feet. With every pro there is a con:Biggest con is actually the white bottom layer of the shoe. The material is weak and scuffs and gets dirty VERY quickly. This part cannot really be cleaned or it tears the material. By my 2nd wear there was a random part scuffed off on the side of the shoe and I have no clue how which means I didn't run into anything. This tells me just how weak the material is.

True to size!
The shoe is true to size. After reading the reviews I went a half size down and it fit’s way too snug! Besides that, the shoe is really pretty and comfortable. I’ll be ordering again on my true size.

Look slightly big
I absolutely love these colors of the shoe. My only complaint is they are slightly big looking and feel somewhat big too. I'm an 8 and probably could have gotten a 7 1/2. They're quit comfy, but haven't walked a mile or more in them so I don't really know if they are or not.

LOVE!
I absolutely love these sneakers! I have switched over from wearing Nikes for 5+ years to Adidas for the past two. I wore pulse boosts for the past couple years, but really wanted a pair of ultra boosts. They are incredibly lightweight, comfortable and supportive. I love that they can be easily slipped on and off, and that the elastic around the ankle doesn’t stretch out over time. I have chronic back pain and these shoes work fantastic for me. When I saw these go on sale for prime days I snatched them up quickly. If you can get these on sale I highly recommend!
