The GPG10000EW was delivered damaged from shipping or warehousing.There is no owner's manual.There are no engine switch on/off keys.The air filter casing is crushed with fuel line completely pulled away from the shut on/off valve.The 125/250v plug's 4 prongs were flattened.I cannot use it as is. I've heard nothing from GP America even after sending them images of the generator.What now?

Turn key ignition completely fell out of the casing on my third use of this generator. I am currently waiting for a response from the company as the state I live in has a consumer protection law of 5 years for any product purchased or shipped to our state. I am very hopefully that this company will fix it once they reply back to me and I show them proof of the law as I've used them before and they had great customer service. Once this issue is resolved I will jump them up to 5 stars.Besides the faulty ignition this product has been amazing! It powers our entire 2k+ sqft home with ease on the rare times that we have lost power.

The Generator works great so far, but there needs to be a start up page. there is nothing on charging the battery. I put one gallon of gas in it and it ran for 5 min. and then it quit because the gas could not get to the carburetor, the generator was not level As soon as I tilted it so the gas could get to the carb. it would run. The gas tank seems to have a flat bottom so you need to make sure that the generator is sloped downward towards the carburetor. The generator has plenty of power it even ran my central A.C. Time will tell how well it is built.

So far so good. We have not lost our power since we got the generator but after it arrived we took it out and got it all set up to try it. The machine started on the first try and it ran great. I look forward to the next time we lose our power because we got this beat now.

I love the power that the generator has but only complaint is you have to add oil for every tank of gas if you pull more power and work it hard you have to add oil every half a tank

Product came on time undamaged and nothing missing. Assembly was easy and quick. Fired up on first try . Only down fall is you need help to lift and move until the wheels are in place. Would definitely buy another one for sure
