It's nice for my Diabetic Supplies
I like this bag when I go to a Ballpark or Concert. It's small yet big enough to fit 24 needles, my insulin, lancing device, glucometer, glucose tablets and still have room for a few other things.

It’s great for carrying. But no ice pack [you'll need to buy separate but not much space for it.]

Not what I expected
I thought there would spots for ice packs . How do you keep anything cool in this thing ? As I also thought it would be compartmentalized for ice packs and to keep items separate ,this is useful but I would never buy another . Very disappointing 😤😬😡
