I use mine at work, depending on what I’m doing depends if it comes off. Being a nurse though, everything falls out of pockets an IDs drop. If working regular job then I’d find it would stay where I put it

Retractable lanyard clips are great and they have lovely messages on them as well. These are great for the price, they feel a little cheap, but have a nice snap back to them. I think these will be great for my ID card, or maybe a single key, but I wouldn’t want to put a bunch on there, as I fear that may be too much. But for a lighter load these seem to work a treat.

These retractable clips are really pretty and look very nice, but the quality isn't the best.They feel quite flimsy and I don't think that they will last very long if you are actually using them all the time, more for display purposes, really.There are also small lumps of plastic around each of the holes where the string comes out, so it doesn't sit straight when it goes back in and it could also snag on woollen clothing.I hadn't noticed when I requested them, but they don't have the carabiner style clip on them that most of these type of retractable clips have, they usually have a clip for you belt loop (they have that) a plastic press stud loop fastener (they have that) and a hook type clip that I usually use to hook through my keyring before popping them in my bag (they don't have that). I usually keep one fastened to my workbag with the plastic press stud thing, and then pop my keys on the clip thing, and I don't use the belt loop thing.I think that these would only work if you actually want to fasten it to your belt and then pull it out swipe your ID card or use your keys, but I don't think that the press stud thing will stand up to constant wear and tear if you want to use that for your keyring.

Don't bother if you are after durability, weak items.

Very good quality, very useful, works very well. The design are really well done.
