Phenomenally Sturdy Collar!
This dog collar is incredible, sturdy and very reliable. It holds its charge for weeks! We bought our first one, and I failed to clasp it tight enough. We returned from our walk without the collar in the dead of winter. I hunted all over for it to no avail. So, I purchased a second one, which worked just as well. The following summer, our neighbor came over and asked is this Yojo"s collar? Indeed it was. After being buried in snow and ice for months, the collar worked after it was charged. Plus, I only use the sound button, and that brings him back immediately. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

if you're like me and hate the thought of a shock collar then this is a good option for you. the option to vibrate or audibly alert your dog is a great way to correct the behaviors without hurting them. I also tried the collar on myself to ensure it's nothing terrifying. went over half way up the power scale and it was almost comical. it's more like a muscle twitch than a shock, kind of like what you would get using tens therapy for muscle recovery or working out knots you may have. I have a Dalmatian that it works on most of the time and a mix but mostly Australian Cattle Dog which works unless she's trying to protect the family. haven't attempted to shock either of them even though I know it's safe to do so but I would think it would also be effective if you can get the contact points to set on their skin. I notice it often slides down to their throat instead of staying on the side of their neck and I'd personally never like to use anything other than the noise if it's on their throat. easy to use, decent charging speed and good built quality for a fully functional and durable device makes this a great option to help correct any behaviors your dog may have that needs attention.

Already seeing a difference
For reference, I have a Catahoula leopard dog (think slightly smaller lab-type dog) who weighs approximately 63 lbs. Her hair is short to medium length around her neck. I kept the smaller prongs the collar came pre-installed with. ++I bought this collar specifically for the vibrate and sound features. I think zapping is a little cruel to use for every single correction. So far, just using the vibrate and sound, I have been able to correct my rescue dog's nuisance barking, jumping, and lack of focus when issuing commands (sit, lie down, etc.). The vibrate is strong enough to redirect her even when she is honed in on a squirrel! -That said, because her previous owners did not train her at all, my dog exhibits confusion initially after issuing the correction, and doesn't seem to connect the correction to her bad behavior. I also don't think she recognizes it's "me" buzzing her. She actually tries to run from the collar when it's vibrating and sounding and won't fully re-focus without coaching. So whether intentionally or otherwise, I believe this collar will be used strictly as a "stop what you're doing" device only rather than to reinforce information she's already learned. +I loved the testing probe included in the box. It allowed us to test function without having to shock ourselves or the dog; however, we still used it on ourselves... see below... +/-My husband and I tested the shock settings on ourselves, and I must say, even level 1 packs a pretty serious punch, at least to us! I know I'll have to use it eventually, as my dog has shown signs of aggression towards passers-by when on a leash, but I'm definitely saving this feature for a last resort situation. +I'm pleased with the quality of the device, its many features, and the convenient size of the remote (large enough I won't lose it, small enough to tie to a leash or put in my pocket). +I have not yet been able to test water resistance or battery life, but the item did arrive fully charged and seems to be going strong on day 2! -One potentially negative point of feedback is there is no guidance in the box on which shock levels are appropriate for dogs of various weight brackets. To be safe, I'm starting on the lowest setting and will work up if my dog is not responsive. +/- A mixed point of feedback is I'm really not sure how the "lock" feature is anything special. The device is fully operational when in the "on" position, and no buttons can be pressed at all when it's in the "off/locked" position -- this seems like a pretty straightforward, typical feature, but I don't have enough experience with other collar brands to know for sure. -The collar's band is not very sturdy feeling and it loosens very easily because of how slippery the nylon material is. I know this isn't critical as it's not intended to restrain a dog, however, I do think it's important to note for anyone who has a stubborn or strong dog - they will likely be able to loosen this and remove/destroy it with enough time on their "hands".

Best Collar!
Absolutely impressed!! We are going on 3 years with this collar, and it STILL holds a charge for weeks!! It is very well made and not overly bulky, I have had zero issues with it on our Dane. I won't personally use another collar! This remote/collar is very easy to use. I appreciate the fact that it was simple when I didnt need all of the special features that others might need. I can't answer much on the shock feature other than I have had to use it one time in the beginning and it worked like a charm.. She knows the audible tone means that Mom means business and she comes running! The tone is loud enough that I can hear it to locate where she is when she has wandered off exploring in the woods. Our girl is very smart, she knows when the collar is off and she is a little more stubborn then 🥴 but as soon as the buckle clicks, she knows its there and minds perfectly! The presence of the collar alone is all we need at this point. (I do still keep it charged and on just in case!) The ONLY thing I would maybe add is lights on the buttons. They can be a little hard to see at night if needed, but the shock buttons are off on their own so they arent easily confused with the others. If you have a dog that minds well and only needs an occasional reminder to redirect attention, this collar won't disappoint!

DO NOT USE ON YOUR DOG
EDIT: After covering the contact points and surrounding area with electrical tape, I can't feel anything on level 99. I can recommend use of this product IF this safety precaution is taken, but you will never be able to use the shock feature. If you're looking to use the shock feature, maybe get something else far less powerful. This product itself is very well made, sleek finishes, functions perfectly out of the box. My problem is not with the collar, but with how it's designed and with the overall practice of making shock collars unethically capable of injuring animals. Every shock collar on Amazon, every single one, seems to have at least one review about the collar malfunctioning, receiving signals from a broken remote, or something else entirely, shocking their dog on max continuously, and BURNING HOLES INTO THEIR NECKS. Products with more purchases inevitably have more reviews like this. This one DOES NOT have any such reviews. In fact, it seems quite nice. The reason I could never ever condone using it is because, out of 99 levels, level ten zapped me so hard I'm still tingling. Knowing it has that much power, with no way of knowing what hardware or software fail-safes this thing has, I can guarantee it will burn holes in a dog's neck or at least traumatize them in some way, given enough time. This is a taser in a box. Upon unscrewing the prongs, I found that, rather than having a plate inside that they screw into, it has 2 big screw ends that they screw ONto. This means that even if you take the prongs off, there are still prongs. I would open it up to see if I can remove them from the inside, but unfortunately this would void the warranty, so I have no choice but to return. Very disappointing. If they make a way to completely remove the possibility of accidental shocking (like removable prongs, putting less powerful components in, or simply giving evidence that the level of shock emitted is directly related to a physical change to the internal mechanism as you change settings), I will change my review to 5 stars. Until then, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ON A LIVING CREATURE.

better than the more expensive ones!
Holds a charge for so long-we maybe charged it once a month! We had previously used the shock function but now that our dog is a bit old, we just use the beep sound to redirect him and he responds well to it. We bought this back in September of 2023 and will be repurchasing a new one since it’s just a bit worn and doesn’t stay charged long. I don’t think that says anything about the product because they’re not meant to last forever. At this price, I’m content with having to repurchase compared to some of the more expensive ones that crap out way sooner.

Could be better
I am resistant to knowledge and therefore I have probably made all possible mistakes using this product like for example using the sound signal on one dog without noticing that the beep has been making my other dog totally freaked out. Consequently, I had to glue a piece of stiff tape over the sound button not to use it at all. This also helps me to recognize the front of the smooth remote without pulling it out from the pocket. Smart dogs are smart enough to quickly associate appearance of the device with the discomfort. Consequently, no device in sight, no submission. Also, fore example I have let my dog free in public without first well adjusting the collar. My bullterrier loves people, but they do not know it and by the looks alone it is pretty scary. I thought that the lady in question would get a heart attack. She survived, but I have learned the hard way that I should better control my experiments. And so on. Summarily learning an intelligent use of the device has proved more like learning the bike riding then switching on a TV set with a remote. Otherwise, the device works well and on the whole I am happy with it. Sure the magnetic charging receptacle is tricky and the collar diameter difficult to regulate, but I would put it that any person with an average brain size should be able to ultimately master it. For the price it is a steal because on the whole the device is well designed, with adequate and intuitive controls. It beats me though, what the warning sign on the display is about. The altogether lean instruction booklet says nothing on the subject. Tough luck I may die without finding out, or because of it (just kidding). ------------------------ After gaining some experience, I have to correct the product rating from five stars to three. First, the shock control button was often gotten stuck over-sensitive. Then in the pocket it would sometimes hurting the dog unintentionally. Plus, the collar should be elastic, to keep constant tension. Also, black color of the unit is not good- I have lost the first remote somewhere in the bush and had to buy another collar/remote set. I went for the same product because I thought that the new remote will work with the old collar, but my assumption was wrong.. However, second time off the shock control button seems to be crispy end I have produced an elastic collar from a headlight rubber tape. Finally, I keep now the remote attached to the clip of my taktical knife and I seem to be be fine for the time being.

#1 Best seller and highly rated
I am an owner of a blue nose pitbull and this collar not only fits him well but it works to get his attention without having to say a word. My dog is not aggressive at all and is actually very energetic and playful. The main reason for getting this collar was to make sure he doesn't run off or stray too far when going on walks. This collar keeps his attention and helps to keep him close. I can take him on walks without a leash and he will not run off. I only use the beep tone to get his attention. I have yet to actually zap him with the shock and as for the vibrate I've only used that a couple times when he was being a bit stubborn not wanting to leave the dog park. For $35 this collar is worth the money. The collar holds a charge for a solid month and the remote goes a bit longer than that. The time it takes to fully charge both the collar and remote is pretty close to the description of about 2 hours; although you could easily get away with an hour and still have a full solid charge that will be good for at least three weeks. It's advertised that the range is approx. 1600ft. I didn't actually measure the distance but the local dog park I take my dog to is a solid high school football field size distance and the remote worked like a charm. Even while being chased or giving chase to the other dogs at the park, as soon as he hears the beep he instantly comes to me. I can't recommend this collar enough. It's reasonably priced and compact without the bulky block that most training collars have. The remote is also perfectly designed and sleek that fits perfectly in my pocket. If you're an actual dog trainer or an average Joe looking to train your dog this cheap and sleek collar will suite your needs perfectly.
