Just what I was looking for to put out for Christmas decoration this year. Made well, easy to assemble. I had an issue with one top piece not lighting up and seller sent me a new replacement tree right away. Their customer service is great. Happy so far. Bought the 3 year protection plan apart from this for about $10, just in case is needed down the road.

Getting the connections just right is a bit tricky, but they do have a stunning effect and will give off significant amount of light went outside.

I sent this set as a gift to my sister and the 6 foot tree is not lighting up on top. Their customer service is working with me to resolve the issue. I could not be happier with their service. I would buy from them again!

unpacked all 3 trees, took a littl time to get them all lined out and then the top of the large tree does NOT LIGHT UP... hoping for a replacement or partial refund!!!

When I received the trees and put easily put them together I had one piece missing. I promptly let Amazon contact the seller they promptly responded and replaced the item. This was for my wedding and so time was a issue. Their customer service is the best. Thank you. Cheryl

What beautiful birch trees! All 3 came carefully packaged-- easy to assemble. At 1st, the largest tree didn't light on top. Remembering the reviews, I was ready to be disappointed. But it was actually due to not lining up the connector correctly. As soon as I did, all lights went on. Also, I found the largest tree is larger than the photos! I placed trees in both large windows facing the street. The 3rd is on my protected porch, "planted" in a decorative pot with rocks & moss. I'll order more next year-- I highly recommend!

I purchased two sets. Put them in the front yard. We lit them last night and they are just beautiful! Lots of lights, delicate. Easy to use and boxes are small so will be easy to store. Really happy with these little trees.
