Everythingnis great except the clamp with the long narrow guide for the needle has a defect in casting so the needle cant be threaded through. Other clamps were great though, so you get it still for a good price.

Just received today mine looked great was a little worried by the reviews but not a spec of rust and the only pair that didn't lock was the septum forceps.

Be cautious when using the one with tubes! The ends didn't line up, and when my nipple was pierced it hit the edge of the other side. This caused the piercing to penetrate both my nipple and embedded in the skin just outside the areola. The other tools seem to be ok, but I would advise using something to smooth the roughly cut edges on the other clamps. It's like they machined it, then threw it in the bag without smoothing anything. Not talking about the grip either. There were metal burs I had to smooth off with a wire brush so it wouldn't tear my skin off.

Good price, and easy to autoclave.

Not only are these not surgical steel but they are barely welded together and have sharp edges all around them from not being made correctly. They are not usable in any way shape or form for piercing or anything at all. Total waste of money and honestly the worst clamps I have ever seen. They are dirty and not what’s advertised at all. I wish I could leave a negative star review. And I am pursuing a refund because this is actually bogus.
