GIGABYTEH610I DDR4 (H610/ Intel LGA 1700/ Mini-ITX/ DDR4/ Single M.2/ PCIe 4.0/ USB 3.2 Gen1/ Intel GbE LAN Chip/Motherboard)

Has 4 power sata 3 necessary to build a RAID 5 NAS. Used Open Media Vault, PLEX, to create my NAS/Plex server.

We received the motherboard and installed it but would not work...After a lot of back and forth we finally narrowed it down to this motherboard and after checking carefully we found that some of the connector pins were bent!Tried to get a replacement or refund but Amazon say no 😑Disappointed to say the least!

The unit I received had some apparent pin damage. It appears to be DOA because the system wouldn't even begin to boot. I tried multiple different power supply units and different hardware configurations but this motherboard was completely unresponsive. However, it was simple enough to install and nice that it came with 4:3 pin system fan adapters

Absolutely terrible quality, the 2nd ram slot came dead on arrival. 2nd ram slot doesn't work at all. Don't waste your hard earned money on this board.

First, I received it without the socket cover installed. The bag had old tap but was already opened. I beleive I received. But the I/O was sealed.I dont know if it posted or not because there was no display output. I tried VGA, HDMI and DIsplayport.I was using an i5-12400 WITH onbaord graphics.

This is a basic mini itx board, works fine, booted a 12th gen 15-12400F w/o any problems. I did upgrade the BIOS* and tried to boot with an i9 13th gen, but no joy even though,according to the Gigabyte site, it supports this cpu/BIOS combo.Recommended for a low cost, basic or gaming build. I really like this form factor, even though it can be a bit frustrating to work on at times compared to a full tower! But I digress.I like it, it's priced right, and works fine, so if you need this or a similar item, I recommend this one for sure.*I have to say, Gigabyte is lightyears ahead of ASUS with the firmware update process. The auto-driver download/config thing works great as well, provided you have a network connection ;)
