Has a very "chemical" like taste. It blends with 16 oz of water to fill my entire blender with foam that reconstitutes into a pancake batter thickness drink. I've forced myself to drink this a few times but the truth is, it sucks to utilize because it doesn't taste good and it becomes whipped nastiness if you put it into the blended. I got the cookies and cream from the same brand, it's great, way less foamy, tasted just fine.
