A left handed screwdriver..
After sussing out how the various parts of plastic fitted together I eventually found the instruction leaflet in the box that had not come out with the actual tray of bits. The process is absolutely painless, unlike the liquid or electrical options that I have tried. There are plenty of the little bands in the kit so don't be afraid if one escapes occasionally. This is day one so I cannot yet comment on results but others report well..The main problem is that by their very nature, skin tags are in awkward places to reach and to see at the same time. Working in a mirror trying to aligne the thing up with your left hand at a strange angle of dangle is like trying to ride a bicycle backwards..possibe but not easy! On the sixth attemt on a particularly stubborn one under my right arm I gave up as my brain was fading fast! An easier option would be to ask for help from someone who loves you enough to suffer the embarrasment maybe :(

Big discomfort and refitting the rubbers everyday
I only have 2 skintags which I wanted to remove. Both okay to be removed with the kit as per box measurments. If you have your skintags in a sensitive place like me (armpit) mind it will be quite painful.Applied the band's few days ago, it is like a constant pinch feeling, when you move it gives a sharp pain like ripping the tag off. The bands are slipping off at the end of the day and you need to reapply them, both big and small bands are slipping off.The skintags started to blacken second day but constant irritation, reness and re-application of the bands daily to the same tag is like a torture. In the future if I will have any more skintags I will not apply these anymore. Too painful.

Still waiting after 14 days for tag to fall off.
After more than 14 days the skin tag is still there with a nice white collar around it!

Did not work for me…
All looked great on the video. But the rubber rings never came off the applicator properly. I gave up after 5 attempts. A strand of tightened cotten did the job instead!

Doesn’t really work on small tags, just have to wait till mine get longer and fatter
Tried to to fit one on an underarm tag wart! And had to get my wife to assist me with the procedure!Unable to fit to my tag as its too small and weirdly flat!My wife brings this up in general chats with whoever may listen!Apparently you can tie a hair round it and it’ll drop off in a couple days!Im bald.. guess now I’ll keep it and call it a name!

Skin tag
It's not as simple to use, I would not recommend the product. I had to return this item.
