What is the sleeve made from? Cardboard or like a stronger material?

It’s kinda cardboard but better material it’s very strong and I didn’t have any issue with it so far, I had it for months and it looks the same. If the credit card inside the sleeve It's RFID protected I have tried to use the card when it was inside the sleeve and doesn't work which is perfect.

How many cards does this hold?

Each sleeve is designed to hold one (1) card. You could probably squeeze two (2) in each sleeve but I don't. The sleeve protects the card from scratching so squeezing in two defeats the purpose.

what are the dimensions of the cards

3.5” by 2 1/4 inch fits any credit debit size cards

Why doesn't it say that it protects your cards and say rfid anywhere?

What it means that if you have you Credit cards in these sleeves, they are protected from scammers or hackers that have reading devices to get your cards number. Hope this helps.
