Waaaaay Better than the Ones Sold in Combos
My first try was one of those sets that have both the front and rear navigation lights. When the rear one broke on the 2nd day, I bought this one, and it is far brighter, stronger, and has a better clamp. Don't waste your money, like I did -- the sets may be cheaper, but sometimes it really is more economical to spend a little more.

Perfect performance
Zip tied the pole to the canopy frame on my pontoon . Able to screw on when needed and stow away when not . Performs well .

McGyver skills and resourcefulness required
Light itself is fine. Mounting hardware is very flimsy. Modified it to mount better on my wave runner VX 1200

Just what I needed
WOW, what a deal. This light replaces one I paid 3 times as much for 5 years ago. The old one was incandescent, corroded out quick and was nowhere as bright. This one fit right into my old rubber mount and I cut it down a little so people could still see us over the outboard (a lot better than the old short one) from behind.

Easy to attach. High quality light.
I had an older pontoon boat where the wiring and light were unreliable. Added this to inside frame in rear of boat. Works great.
