Just about every feature I could hope for
Basically this chair is only missing a few things that I honestly don't want enough to pay $200+ more for, that being an ottoman, a rocking function that locks in at any angle, a lower angle recline and a back only recline (as opposed to back and seat pan). For me, the major selling features (besides a very good price for those features) were the comfortable cushioning, back AND pan rocking, head support and flip up arms.I don't like arms that I can't move out of the way completely, primarily because they then prevent me from sliding the chair completely under my desk. That was important enough for me that anything less was a deal-breaker, but if you're not as picky there may be other options that are economical and yet still meet all your other needs. The only seat I could find that had more features that I might have liked was from Andaseat, a gaming brand, but they're a lot more expensive, I didn't want a gaming-style chair and, again, the arms are not flip-away-able.I also wanted a chair that the pan could rock with the back, and while I would have liked both back only and the aforementioned (like is available from Andaseat), I'm willing to sacrifice a back only option to save on price. And finally this seat is plenty comfortable and the bonded leather is easy to keep clean. I have cats, so I worry about puncturing with their claws, but being able to slide the whole thing under my desk is enough to keep them off. It doesn't have a head pillow, but I can easily get something separately.Anything else I could have wanted would only have been needed to sleep in the thing, but if I'm tired enough I'll do that on my $1000 mattress! This is for sitting, working and gaming at my "command center", which this captain's chair fits perfectly into.If you're like me, this is the perfect chair for you. I did a lot of searching and I can easily recommend this for the price.

Faulty Hydraulic Support
The hydraulic stem that allows the chair seat to rise up when the lever is pulled, and also go down when that same lever is pulled doesn't hold in place. I'll raise it up, leave for a short time and when I return it's all the way at the bottom, which is too low for me. All the other features are good so I'm keeping it. It would be nice if I didn't have to readjust the seat everytime I use it.

Seat A Bit Harder Than Expected
Assembling this chair is easy with the included Allen wrenches. The seat is quite hard, and I needed to add another cushion to it (I weigh 140 lbs, so I am not even close to the 300 lbs of support). The pillow and lumbar support are quite comfortable for my size, and the chair tilts a litle more than 90 degrees and does not topple over. I have a mixed recommendation as everything but the bucket seat is comfortable, but the seat itself is not cushioned enough for long use compared with other gaming chairs I own.

Comfortable, just what I needed
I love how comfortable this chair is, I ordered it because my previous chair made me feel 90 years old after an hour, I now can work my whole shift without aches and pains. I’ve now used it for a couple of months and have no complaints

Unbearable Noise
I agree with reviews having had difficulty with hydraulics remaining fixed at set height. A greater annoyance is the creaking and groaning noise the chair emits with each move. I've identified the source being the bottom of the seat where the base plate four bolts are attached. The seat base appears to be wood as it groans like a wooden ship on a rough sea. As you might expect this noise developed immediately after the return date or I would have sent it back. I'll work on a fix and update review.

Hydraulic
We bought 3 of these computer chairs and they were delivered Aug. 5, 2022 The hydraulic lift has already gone out. It will randomly lower. Other than that the chairs are comfortable.

Great firm chair with lumbar support without being too hard. See my things to consider first.
The media could not be loaded. This chair is really for those that like a firm chair or need a good lumbar support. It assembles very easy, feels nice, functions exactly as described and is priced average for the quality and features you’re getting at the current price of $165.99 USD.Quality and durability 4 out of 5 starsUsability and functionality 5 out of 5 starsValue vs cost 4 out of 5 starsOverall satisfaction with purchase 4 out of 5 starsFor me it would need to be more comfortable, less supportive, arrive with fewer flaws and priced a little better to get 5 stars on the overall score. The positives:It really does offer a high level of support while not being too hard to be uncomfortable. The lumbar and arm supports are very functional and adjustable. Every feature is easy to use and operates as designed. The build quality feels good not excellent, but on pair with the price they are asking. I would guess the longevity will be good. All the screws went in solid and have stayed in place.Things to consider:Although, this chair is great if you like or need support, for me it’s too much support to be top rated. It really comes down to your preference. I do find it pleasant to sit in and it helps keep my back from hurting as much for long sitting times, but it’s not as comfortable for the time leading up to my back hurting. It has a firmer feel then I would have thought by looking at it.I’m a hug fan of lumbar support, and this one is adjustable by inflating an air bag like a doctor takes blood pressure. It will come out very far and I found it to be one of the best internal lumbar supports I’ve had. I don’t even need an added cushion with this chair.I was disappointed at how many paint flaws there are in the silver part like the arm rests (see pictures). They aren’t terrible and I wouldn’t count this chair out because of it, but noticeable if you’re looking. I want them to let me make all the marks on it. Also, they need to have better quality control about the fit and finish, there is a lot of visual issues with stitching and such. It’s mostly on the back, so most likely you will be the only one that sees it, but they need to work on that. It’s not that surprising at this price range for a leather feeling chair.Overall, this is a really good choice if you need or love supportive chairs. It will support those potentially painful points and give you a great amount of control to dial it in to your specific needs. If you’re looking for something to be comfy and pillow like, this office chair is probably too firm and you won’t at all be happy with this as your choice. If you’d be interested in an up close visual inspection, I recommend you watch my video in full screen.I really hope you found this helpful in your decision.
