This is what you need if you have stubborn black spots and lichen on your patio or driveway. I tried 'Pro-Kleen Ultimate Black Spot Remover and Destroyer' first and that was totally ineffective. This product is 5% more concentrated but 10x more effective. I used it neet and sprayed it generously so don't underestimate how much you'll need - probably goes about 50% as far as advertised. Obviously this will kill anything and bleech anything so wear old clothes, spray on a calm day, and keep well away from children, pets or plants. I left mine soaking for about 1hr before using a stiff brush to remove the stubborn lichen which came off quite easily. The results are incredible, from a 15yr old patio that has had little attention apart from the odd jet wash, that was heavily stained to one that looks literally as good as it did when I had it laid. I also used it on a concrete driveway that could be 50yrs old and that is looking so much better now. I can't say that it has removed everything on the driveway but nearly, and maybe another application could do it. I could not be more happy with this product. I'm sorry that I don't have any photos so you'll just have to trust me.

This stuff is made by the cleaning gods! Excellent packaging and delivery. Very clear instructions on the back of the container. It is very important to follow the clear and sensible safety information. I mixed on a 1:10 ratio of SHC to water. After sweeping and jet washing my drive, I mixed this magical concoction, added a touch of Fairy liquid and using a stiff broom brushed into the blocks. Left for around 10-15 minutes then hosed it off. 20 year old drive came up so nice that three neighbours have asked me to help do theirs. It has the obvious bleach smell but use correct PPE or even dilute it a little more and it’s not any worse than your domestic bathroom bleach smell. Once hosed the smell doesn’t linger. Very effective in killing off weeds and removing black spots. Once dried I brushed in paving sand and sealed with Sika Path and Patio seal. Should last at least 2 years again without any weeds coming through if you seal the drive. Follow and use as directed and it will last a long time.

I purchased this as an interim solution until I could afford to replace my pressure washer. I've used it for the first time today and the results were instant! I used a 1:4 dilution with a squirt of washing up liquid. The patio will need a second treatment and so far there has been little impact to the white lichen spots. I have done my best to avoid plants and lawn but I'm really concerned about the wildlife and how best to safeguard the woodlice and spiders etc. as I'm sure bleach isn't good for them. Patio smells like a swimming pool currently. I don't know if regular household bleach would have the same effect but based on today's results I'll be ordering more of this stuff.

Abit late leaving this review but it’s definitely well deserved This worked absolute wonders on a job for a customer The patio was absolutely covered in black spots, algae, and white spots which are the most difficult to remove This stuff evaporated the black spots the algae just turned into mush and washed straight off All that was left was the white spots which came right off after using the pressure washer I attempted a patch before I used this product and honestly I can say this product alone saved me 2 full days of hard work! 10/10 highly recommend this product

Really good stuff, used to clean flags. Spray on leave for 5 mins, brush in no scrubbing. Mind the splash back cause it will bleach your cloths. Works brilliant. Doesn't smell

Great product but impossible to open ill have to get an adjustable spanner as a previous customer suggested I thought it was just me
