could not use
The picture was encouraging so I bought it. But I've never been able to use it. I have basic wheel covers and the prongs won't go through the holes. Also, I had to reach way under the car and got sleeve dirty each time I tried it. I kept thinking there must be a way to use it b/ it had a good rating but sent it to Goodwill. I will say for it that it seems very sturdy. If only I could have used it.
