Wellnote Pediatrics History and Physical Notebook H&P for a Perfect Presentation

Product is exactly as described. However, too much information is crammed into tiny pages. Too hard to read and find everything for a quick clinic visit. I can see this being more useful for a full H&P with a new patient in the hospital. Most of the information is already collected by the nurse and entered into the EMR, so you don’t need to write it all down again.

Looks as advertised. But when i got it there was some kind of sticky substance on it that discolored the front cover. Also, not to fond of the grey interior makes it hard to see the provided prompts like the OLDCARTS and HEADSS assessments.

I bought this for my husband for when he started his pediatrics rotation for PA school, as he was writing everything in a mini notebook. He was able to use this input records, complete assignments, and aide him in remembering to ask all the necessary questions. He showed his classmates and they loved it too!

I like that the pages are pre-numbered and not spiraled. Though it's not FERPA compliant I use it for my running notes to remind me of the events when I get a chance to add them to the electronic record.

I love this product! I am in Nurse Practitioner school, and haven't had pediatrics in years! Its very helpful to keep everything organized and asking important questions during the exam! Must have for clinical!

This product is great. It lists almost all of the major things you need to ask about for the pediatric interview and really facilitates organized presentations as well.

Used this notebook for my peds rotation. Came in handy and made my presentations more organized nd complete.
