To remove, can I soak off or will I need to file the product off?

Soaking off takes a really long time. I file it down and apply over it, letting it grow out. Sometimes they eventually "pop" off, then I just prepare the surface again and make a new one. Or you could file it way down and then soak off.

Do i need the pro bond as well?

I don’t believe so because it is not the bonding that is the problem. It’s the thickness of the gel. Very runny during application. I don’t recommend it.

Why does it say this cannot be shipped to Flagstaff AZ?
