Could be better
This is a very simple and cheap product. It’s a plastic housing with a rubber gasket and threading on either side. For what it is, it should be a fraction of the price.I personally attach it directly to the hose valve rather than the hose end. I’d recommend attaching stainless steel quick-connect fittings and leaving them connected to avoid deteriorating the plastic threading.All in all, I’d use a different product if available. But considering this is required for the pellets, it’ll have to do for now.
