Ceylon vs. Cassia Cinnamin
It is sweeter and milder than the Cassia cinnamon at Costco, and supposedly better for your liver if you use a lot, as I do. Even if it does not have any health benefits, I like it!

Reminds me of my childhood ...
The cinnamon in USA had a harsh flavour and dark. So I googled ..that most is actually Cassia powder..which is not really healthy.So Sri Lanka has thw best Ceylon cinnamon apparently.This product is really nice fresh aroma and nice smooth rounded flavour.

This is the high quality cinnamon that I take for A1C control. I take two tea spoons a day. This is the one that does not harm your liver.

The only TRUE CEYLON CINNAMON I've found on Amazon.
Mildly sweet cinnamon, not premium grade, but acceptable and honest in listing.All others seem to be Vietnam or less which are spicy or equal to the low grade commercial you see in most supermarkets.Lighter in color as shown, not as light or sweet as premium grade, but overall acceptable considering what's actualiy available.Worth buying if you like true ceylon and it's health benefits helping with sugar management and a better sweeter flavor

It's the real deal
Yes, this is real Ceylon, which I found out the hard way isn't easy to find as there are plenty of fakes out there. Simply divine and I'll be ordering again.
