I had reviewed this seller with a 2-star rating due to a problem I found with attachment of the vacuum. I am editing my review now giving them a 5-star rating because of the great customer service response I got from them that I had not even asked for.My carrier has been in manufacturing for over 30 years, and I can tell when I see a good customer service. I just reviewed the product and listed the issues I found with it. It appears that at Ezetek, there are knowledgeable quality and customer service people who understand how market perception affects business development and are actively listening to customers.A good customer service requires responsiveness in terms of quick acting, being emphatic to customer problem and have the ability to immediately resolve it to customer’s satisfaction. I was contacted by email twice in less than 10 days after I left the review and offered replacement. After I emailed them my address, I received the replacement the next day that is quite impressive. And what is more impressive is that I expected a replacement for the attachment, but to my surprise they sent me a completely new unit and stressed that I did not need to return the old one!

Great portable shop vac for small jobsIt was so much more convenient (and easier) than dragging my 12-gallon shop vac over. Really nice being able to use it cordless and keep dust and cleanup to a minimum. Well balanced with plenty of suction, the cordless shop vac is super convenient with no cord can walk all the stairs with no problem.It is good enough to pick up dust, works great for dog hair, and other small debris, and is ultra-portable. It's compact and light and lasts me days of use on the job site before I have to empty it. And the fact that it works on wet jobs is a huge bonus, a great portable shop vacs wet and dry. If I have a complaint, it's that the filter needs to tap against the side of garbage before the suction becomes low.It’s not going to suck the carpet off the floor but has enough suction for a portable vacuum. I use it on my drill press for wood chips, makes clean-up done in seconds, and has tested as a wet vacuum... all good! This will also be my wet dry vacuum cleaner for my camper and my boat. ps：it is light, my boy loves it, he is going to clean all the cars. Update: Today I used it for car cleaning, lightweight and easy to use. It's indeed more powerful and has larger capacity than other handheld vacuums. The brush tool and crevice nozzle tool are effective for removing hair that sticks to the flooring of my car and/or for cleaning those hard-to-reach areas in between the carseats.

Perfect for a garage or a small shop. Out of the box, I thought I'd made a mistake, but it's bee very handy in my tiny basement workshop. Suction is great even on the lower setting, the battery lasts as expected and it's very easy to clean.

I am a cat lover and for years have struggled to clean cat fur and cat food/waste in tight and hard-to-reach places. I searched the internet to buy a portable and cordless vacuum to upgrade my cleaning equipment and found that the Ezetek Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner would be a good fit at the price range. The product arrived three days after ordering it without a shipping fee. I'm happy to say that this portable vacuum is well designed and the value is incredible. It is light- weight and easy to use. Although it is small, the vacuum is very powerful. The trash tank is big, and it is easy to empty, clean, and replace. The hose is soft and flexible. I can easily carry it to vacuum wood floors, carpets, couches, and other places where the cat frequently visits. The battery life is long enough for my daily cleaning, and charging is also simple. I highly recommend this product.

**After my initial review, Ezetek contacted me. They replaced my unit that stopped working with a new one. I've updated my review to 5 stars as they contacted me quickly thru Amazon and replaced my unit quickly. This unit is great for small clean ups like sawdust, and car cleaning. It's great to just grab it and use. Not bulky, & no need for an outlet is so convenient. I recommend this unit for what I see as it's purpose: Small home jobs that can be done in 15 minutes or less. Can't beat the price for that**I bought this cordless shop vac last October. Just under 4 months, it stopped working. It won't even charge now. It was very good for what its purpose was (mild duty work) while it worked. I tried to look up warranty info. Amazon site says to go to manufacturer site. Good luck finding manufacturer site. All I can find is a telecommunication site. SPEND THE EXTRA $ AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE, since you apparently can't do warranty claims or returns
