These made my skin irritated and break out.

Heat well when they do
I like that it is easy to apply and I usually end up cutting it to fit a small area on my back. Most patches heat up good and last hours. A few patches did not heat up to a level I expected.

The best hot patch! Definitely Recommend.
I really have bad lower back pain and it works really great! This patch is large enough to use on the back and it gives so comfortably warm and relief the pain away so quickly. It definitely met my expectations! I would definitely buy again.

Got really hot. Hottest patch I've tried.
I've used wired and wireless TENS devices and a variety of name brand over-the-counter heat wraps and stick-on patches on my back and shoulders for a few years, and I always have a supply in my bathroom closet. I tend to like heat generating wraps & patches vs. numbing ones because I need the heat to relax muscle spasms, and I like larger patches vs. smaller ones.I hadn't tried capsaicin patches yet, so when I saw these I thought I'd try them to see what capsicum is like. I've used one so far, and it got really hot for me. By far the hottest patch I've used.I put it in the middle of my lower back, and went to bed. At first I lied on my side for about 15 minutes and didn't feel anything at all from the patch. Then I tried lying on my back to put some pressure on the patch, as I've found that sometimes that's needed with other patches. Within a minute I started to feel heat. For a few minutes I felt a weird tingly/prickly sensation as my skin absorbed the capsicum, sort of like I was being lightly jabbed with fine needles. That went away and I just felt heat. The heat built up over about 20 minutes and got really hot. I started to worry that it was going to burn my skin if it got hotter, but it plateaued. I wore it all night, and it stayed hot all night.Other than the heat, other things to know is that there was no smell from the patch, it stayed on ok, it came off ok without pulling on my skin real hard, they're thin so they don't show through clothes, and they are a size larger size. So far I'm really pleased with these.
