This thing? Awesome. It's great to end a workout or warm up the core w 5 minutes on this! It'll kick your a$$ in a good way!

The product seemed like a must have from the video demo, but needs more of a longer incline to comfortably use on a daily basis. It's a quirky contraption that doesn't feel natural for your knees. I had to use a lot of upper body strength just to get one crunch. Maybe the width and length could be increased for more secure movement. From all of my machines I put this one to the side and have not reused it, but I know I will someday. I would recommend this for someone who has a definite desire to do the ab movements provided by the machine at low cost, but it doesn't seem to have the sturdiness of the machines at the gym. It's not flimsy, but it's not top grade either. However, on a better note, the variety of handles make this machine stand out and I am committed to trying to position it at different angles, and next time I decide to use it to possibly update my review. I can respect a low cost ab machine.

Well, I don’t usually do abs, so this thing is legit TO ME. Like I was struggling to do it in the lowest position (hardest level) and I could feel the burn. I’m giving it four stars because I’ve only had it for one day and I don’t know if it will last or if it will break. I’ll update if it does. Putting it together wasn’t too hard because the instructions are good. I did have trouble putting the last bar on because it was bent (took a picture) but I had a crescent wrench and just tapped it down and it eventually went in. I do have ding marks on it now, but whatevs, it works. It doesn’t take up too much space, it feels sturdy, and it has a lot of different options. So yeah, I think it’s worth it.

This is sturdy lightweight and great for lower abs and also stretching the hamstrings and many other creative workouts. Used it very lightly for 2 days and my whole body is sore. Easy to assemble and I think it would be possible to add some resistance bands on here to intensify the workout.

Not much to assemble but parts you have to assemble is easy. The only thing is I can’t reset the timer, etc., but I really don’t use it.
