Health Coach Wisdom: You Have the Power to Be Healthy

The cover of this book suggests a promise of colourful photographs and graphics inside too, however, it is a book filled with blocks of text and the odd diagram. Whilst the message is sound, and at times inspiring, its 'punch' is lost in the drab format - it is not a pleasure to read. The cover is also rather flimsy and gets caught/bent too often for my liking. It's not that it's a terrible book - it's just not an exciting read and I feel it's overpriced.
