50-pc Squeezable Jello Shot Cups with Lids - 2oz Plastic Gelatin Containers

I decided to try jello shots for my anniversary weekend getaway as a treat that included alcohol. I did include a photo of what jello product I purchased through Amazon but for that you'll have to look the product up and read my review. I included Malibu rum as my alcohol choice and the taste turned out great.According to the jello product I purchased it could fill 30-35 shot cups, however as you can see in my picture mine were filled to the very top so it only made 19 jello shots. These were very flexible and can actually be squeezed completely flat. It did still leave some jello in the corners on the bottom but all in all it worked great for its purpose. The lids came in handy since I let mine sit over night and they stay on very firm so you don't have to worry about them making a mess if they get knocked over even after they're done.

I’m all in with these Jell-O shot cups with lids! They worked so well in preparation, and my Jell-O shot was absolutely perfect! I have been making Jell-O shots for years, and I honestly don’t think that I’ve ever had a better experience from start to finish! The 2oz cup was a breeze to make layering colors perfectly! I waited until each layer was completely set, so I prepped the first layer the night before, and layered the second, the topper color the next morning. Once both layers were perfect gelled, I then easily added the lids. Which each lid clicked right together like a dream! I had zero leakage, and the delicious delivery of the Jell-O shot collapsed as promised! I bought 3 sets, and I am so pleased, and can’t wait to make another batch for the next get together. I 100% recommend these cups!

They work great!

The plastic seems thin and cheap upon opening the package, but they are actually plenty sturdy enough. Out of my package of 50, my batch of jello was enough to fill 44, and of those, only one leaked. So no complaints there. When actually taking the shot, these are nice for squeezing the jello out, which is what you really buy them for. My one major complaint is that while they stand up on a flat surface just fine (say, the counter top you sit them on while pouring the jello) they don't tolerate wire racks (like many fridges have) or otherwise slightly less-than-smooth surfaces well at all. The lids fit only semi-tightly, so if you try to stack them in like a cooler, a few of them will likely jostle apart and possibly open. So just realized that moving them in and out of the fridge, or traveling to whatever gathering you are taking them, transport is a pain with these. But they look nice and function well for consuming your jello shots. Best of luck!

Just a describe if they are not stackable doublecheck the lids there might be a bit open and obviously do not over stack. I love it. Best purchase

These are nice to use because they squeeze. Hands free!

I ordered 3 packs of 50. I got 3 packs that each had 47 cups and 50 lids. Recounted several times. These do not hold 2oz each, more like 1.5 oz. Last, either do not fill to the top or wait until they’re solid before putting the lids on and stacking. My kitchen is a sticky nightmare from these flimsy, leaky little wastes of money. Never ordering again.

The lids go on fine, and I didn't have any leaks. They weren't tipping over for me either. Just put them on a tray in the fridge, it makes getting them in and out way easier.That said, I didn't find that these released particularly easily. The height vs width ratio means there's more vertical friction, so they cling to the sides and don't pop out as easily as I expected. I think if the material were a softer / more pliable plastic, it would make squeezing easier. The pleated base is a nice idea, but I don't think it confers any mechanical benefit. I also wouldn't reuse these - it's just too fiddly to clean them in the washer, and with these far more expensive than other options, I don't see the value here. Some improvement in terms of materials, reusability, shape and cost would make these a better proposition.

only jello shot glasses we use now. these are fantastic. wish they were a bit cheaper

Well finding the best jello cup shots is hard. These ones were better than all the ones I have tried but not perfect they still stick.
