Ich habe einen Pitbull Platinum Pro bestellt, mich mega darauf gefreut und bin leider sehr enttäuscht worden. Ich dachte, wenn ich für meinen Glatzenrasierer schon 219 € ausgebe, statt zum Beispiel 80 oder 100, würde ich ein Premium-Produkt bekommen, von einem Premium-Händler. Dem ist aber aus meiner Sicht leider nicht so.Die Bedienungsanleitung ist, bitte entschuldigen Sie meine deutlichen Worte, eine absolute Frechheit. Ich kaufe einen so teuren Rasierer und es gibt nicht mal eine ordentlichen Übersetzung. Manche Sätze ergeben überhaupt keinen Sinn. Hier fühle ich mich als Kunde in keiner Weise ernst genommen! Wirkt nach Google-Translator.Das Ergebnis der Rasur ist nicht glatt. Es gibt selbst nach über einer halben Stunde mehrere Stellen auf dem Kopf, die trotz mehrfachen Rasierens Wiederstand durch Stoppeln haben. Bei meinem bisherigen „normalen“ Elektro-Rasierer, der kein expliziter Glatzenrasierer ist, habe ich dieses Problem nie gehabt.Ich habe 219 € bezahlt. Und dafür bekomme ich nichtmal einen Netzstecker, um den Rasierer aufzuladen?!?!?! Die legen allen Ernstes nur ein USB-Kabel bei. Wow!!!Der Kundenservice ist genau so schlimm, wie die Gebrauchsanleitung. Zum einen wird überhaupt nicht auf Fragen oder Hinweise eingegangen. Zum anderen scheint auch hier niemand zu sitzen, der meine Mail überhaupt verstehen konnte. Die Antwortmails legen nahe, dass auch hier einfach ein Übersetzungsprogramm für die Kommunikation genutzt wurde.Das Material fühlt sich total billig an. Ein Platinum Pro klingt edler, als das Plastik am Ende tatsächlich ist, das man in der Hand hält.Da ich bemüht bin, immer auch etwas Positives zu sehen: Die Verpackung ist gut und das Entpackungserlebnis auch. Die Farbe des Rasierers ist auch schön. Die Lautstärke ist in Ordnung. Die Ergonomie ist gut.Die Vorfreude war groß - die Enttäuschung war riesengroß.

Doesn't stand a chance against a razor. Never gives a feeling of clean shave. Takes ages to shave and always leaves unshaved patches that you'll find once you think you're done. After a month of use starts to make clunky noise making you think it might break and cut your skin. The battery gives less shaves with each charges. Bought it as I was fatigue with my razor but went back after few shaves. This might be ok for a beginner, but since I shave for over 20 years it doesn't work for me. Bought the Platinum version and decided to keep it as a reminder that even old geezers like I respond to marketing bull..

Very bad experience.It was a Christmas present for my husband. He was happy with it until first charge. After hours of charge display showed only 99% then switched off and newer came on since. £170 shaver!I'm more than disappointed. My husband is with no Christmas present, I can't replace it as it is no longer available from this seller. I'm disappointed and angry .Lucky I've got a full refund.

I bought this in December 2019. Given the cost I thought it would be a premium product and last at least 3 years. 8 months later the paint is peeling off the main unit, the % charge indicator gets stuck, and as of this morning the whole unit has seized up. The tap indicator is flashing - but even if I unplug the shaver head it spins for a second and then stops.I have replaced shaver heads regularly and clean after each use.Have raised a complaint with the manufacturer - let’s see where it goes. Prior to this purchase I had used Braun products which in comparison are much better quality and at a better price.

My platinum shaver failed after 2 weeks and was returned. It cuts fairly well but not as clean as advertised only slightly better than competitors for a quarter of the price. The “platinum” finish started peeling after a week as it’s purely a sticker. Plastic construction with no real weight to it. For under £100 I would consider this but not for the £199 list price. A £50 Phillips is just as sufficient and more reliable. Glad you purchased through Amazon as I’ve read their service is a little tough once out of 30day return.
