Siberian Pine Nut Oil 3.4 fl.oz/ 100ml Raw Unrefined Extra Virgin First Cold Pressed from Wild-harvested Pine Nuts

This oil it's helping with my skin problems excellent result.

Not a particularly nice taste, but has sorted gut problems out so worth a bit of a grimace!

So I use this is my cooking as I am on a horemone diet, its really good as I can put my doesage in and its does not affect the taste small of the cooking, as anyone knows more people on such diets also have to add turmeric which is quiet a bit stronger, so this is not so much of a problem.

I watched motivational doc on YouTube and he recommended pine nut oil as a carrier for oil of oregano drops (I use Zane’s) and this gets two great products in one go 😃

I do get gastritis at times and the oil really helps to soothe and heal my tummy . I take a teaspoon about half an hour before meals takes a few days but it works good result
