I'm sure this doesn't happen to all of them, but only one of the bulbs worked. When I called Amazon, of course they can't just send you a replacement bulb. They wanted me to return both lamps and start the order again. Super wasteful, when all I need is a replacement bulb. Overall they look great and yes this is a terrific price based on others I've seen that cost a lot more. But maybe up the quality control on the bulbs.

Don't be fooled by the photo. You get two birds, and one cord with one socket. You do get two bulbs, though! Very unique piece...love it!

Lamps look great, but one cord doesn’t work. Tried both bulbs in both cords. It’s definitely the cord. Disappointed since this was a going to college surprise present. Now it will be a hassle to do a return. Hopefully we can get the rest-shipment sent to the new address.

Absolutely perfect, new apartment with weird switches that go to the dumbest sockets. It was impractical to put any other lamp here but I did need something. These fit perfect on my amazon shelves that I thought would be bigger and they give just the right amount of light :)

I had to change my review because I found a part thought missing. One of the bulbs will not dim but overall 4 stars is a good review.

These are fun little birds however there is no way to ensure the cord sticks in the bird's beak. You must glue or find a way to tie it in yourself. And hopefully you don't drop one as they break very easily. Just my opinion but believe these items are overpriced a bit
