Great cream, great price (20% urea)
20% Urea. I have so so many foot problems, including heel dryness/cracking and a patch of eczema. After using prescription hydrocortisone with little effect, my podiatrist suggested that I add 20% urea cream to the mix and cover it with plastic or something a few nights each week. I tried to find the cream in my local stores (Walgreens, CVS, Whole Foods) to no avail, the closest was a 10% urea cream at Walgreens. I ordered some gel socks along with this cream. I have been using toeless gel socks similar to these: http://www.amazon.com/Oppo-Medical-Heel-Socks-Blue/dp/B0048F27ZO/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1441808313&sr=8-6&keywords=gel+socks+heel (but I bought at Bed Bath & Beyond) in the past, which is good for the heel but doesn't cover the rest of the foot with gel, and my eczema was on the side of my foot. I ordered these gel socks to try which do cover the side of the foot with gel: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00O81S77A/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F5KE8VM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_2. This cream goes on so smooth, you only need a little bit. You can immediately feel that it's going to help. The order comes with 2x 2-ounce bottles, and from my searches this is a great price compared to other similar products. After the first night using it, I could tell the difference the next morning, my skin was softer and my heel was healing. The gel in the socks helps to hold in the moisture to aid in the healing. I will admit, I have not yet used this product enough to say whether it will make my eczema and heel cracking go away, and I know it is unlikely to be permanent. But I"m glad to have found a 20% urea product that is affordable!

Three Years of Pain - Now Relief in Three Days
Consider this an early report, but early results are certainly impressive. For three years, I have had a condition the leaves some fingers, near the tips, red, dry, pealing, and cracking. The cracks are very painful and require Bandaids just to keep the pain from being distracting. My physician thought it was eczema, even though it did not itch, and prescribed a steroid cream, they a strong steroid, and then an even stronger steroid. That seemed to reduce the problem on some fingers, leaving some as bad as ever. I tried creams, petroleum jelly, coconut oil, and even mink oil. Nothing did much good at all. I found some references to this product. I have now used it for three days,. All but one painful crack have disappeared, and the last is almost healed. There has been some pealing, but with a big difference. Before, pealing skin left the underlying skin that quickly cracked and became raw.. This pealing leaves intact skin, softer than before. The skin seems somehow tougher. Not harder, just less vulnerable. Smooth but not soft. And unlike every other cream, lotion and oil, this product actually is absorbed. Everything else refused to penetrate and left excess to be wiped off. I believe the key factor to be the urea. I once had thick, tough, dry areas on my heels, and a urea-based product pealed the hard skin and left it soft and well. Otherwise, all I know right now is that this product has made an immediate and dramatic difference and shows every sign of eventually clearing it up. I expect it will be needed continuously or from time to time, but it's a small price to pay after three years of an annoying condition.

leaves a thick, gross film
I didn't care for this cream. I bought it because I read that urea can help with spider veins. This didn't seem to do anything, so I'm thinking I either need to use something higher strength, or it just doesn't work. Once it was apparent that this wouldn't help, I began using it as a hand cream. It did not make my skin soft, it just left an unpleasant, sort of chalky but sticky film on my skin that just wouldn't rub in. It just sat on my skin until the next time I washed, at which point it would become a slippery mess and come off. I don't understand the good reviews of this cream, that film is unbearable. I like the regular version of udderly smooth, but this stuff is terrible

Cheap for "high urea" product but other products work better on dry heels
My dermatologist recommended I try a 40% urea product,,,, prescription only. That was $18 per ounce excluding the cost of the office visit. It was OK but made my skin itch. This is MUCH cheaper, doesn't cause itching and - as far as I can tell - works about as well as the 40% concentration. The thing is neither of them work as well as Be Natural heel cream... which I also bought on Amazon and is priced about the same as this Udderly Smooth. But you've got to love the name.

Wonderful product!!
Have read about Udderly Smooth Cream and decided to give it a try. Order arrived ahead of time. That's a first! Though a cream it isn't heavy or greasy, just comfortable and actually soft feeling. Yes, I would recommend this to anyone with dry skin issues, or in need of effective moisturizing. Thank You!

The best product I have found for peeling hands and fingers - better than Rx drugs!
I have tried all types of hand cream, including prescription ones suggested by a dermatologist, to deal with peeling fingers. It appears not to be eczema or anything that could be easily identified, but skin would just peel off, like a bad sunburn. Ugly and uncomfortable. This cream, with the urea, has helped, and is highly preferable in my opinion, to peeing on my hands! No complaints about smell or texture and I only need to apply a little. My only criticism is that I wish the manufacturer would put a flip top on the tube. I will be getting more.

Bought this size to test the product before purchasing the larger one. Wasn't disappointed. Working as advertised.

After finding out I had developed some Ketasis Pilaris on my arms, I done some research on good creams to help clear it. After trying numerous creams, coconut oil, shower scrubs etc I found out that creams with UREA were good for it. So I decided to order this cream and it cleared it all up!! Stupidly I decided to buy a different cream with more Urea in and the rash came back. So I reverted back to Udderly Smooth and I am now free from it again.

OK. However not quite as good as expected.

We’ve got sensitive skin and eczema prone skin in our household so we’ve been through most of the obvious choices to keep inflamed , itchy , flakey skin at bay. We’ve had this recommend from a nurse in hospital so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s worked for both me and my daughter from the first application and I’m so pleased with it I’ve purchased more. It’s not greasy ( which is important for me because I hate Greasy creams that leave a lot of residue ) and it really seems to help. I would recommend this.

I never really write reviews however after spending £10 on this, I feel robbed. It has the same texture as E45 cream, leaves your hands feeling slightly sticky and this actually made my hands drier. My cuticles went really flaky and my knuckles started looking dusty. It's pricey so think twice before buying it.
