I needed this to get in and out of our in ground pool at the shallow end steps. I couldn't do it by myself anymore. This gives me just the support I need to get in and out. The last step is deeper than the other 3 so I needed something to hold onto going in and coming out! It was pretty easy to install with the long bolts - we have pavers on top of cool deck so the pavers were removed, bolts put down and pavers adapted to fit around the base. Works great! Very Happy!

Excellent pool hand rail. Well made basic insulation and nice finish. Blue non-slip cover faded in 6 months. I would definitely recommend!! Photo shows both sides of cover that was removed.

This is a Great item, very strong and well made, be careful with regard to the screws that hold the bar to the plate, you get six as you should, however not all of them are in place, search the packaging to find them all. I missed one and had to go buy one screw. Ease of installation: In cement everything is supplied, just need to have a heavy Duty drill to do the job.

This thing is junk!!! The install went great and it’s sturdy. But 2 days after the install the base plate and welds started rusting. Then 2 weeks after install everything is rusting. I’m going to keep it only because I don’t want to re-drill new holes for a different one. To make it better I will now have to scuff and paint it right away. Don’t buy it unless you want to have the same problem.

The handle is very solid. Only been a few days but getting in and out is much safer. The drill bit did not work in my regular drill. The shaft was to big for my hammer drill. Ended up making a smaller hole with my hammer drill and then using a regular drill with the bit the kit comes with to make the holes the correct size. Forget the toy wrench that comes with the kit. I ended up using a ratchet with an extension for leverage to get the bolts in. Once in it is very solid. Direction on very week. Key is to take your time getting the alignment of the holes. Will be getting a second one for the other side of the pool.

I am disappointed. I bought 2 handrails--one for the spa (Migida) which I love, the this one for the pool. One of the screws to attach the base sheared off. It is OK with 3 screws, but the metal was for the screws is way too soft. The Migoda construction was welded. This product is simply screwed together. I would choose the Migoda product in the future.

Easy to install and works great. Peace of mind for myself and the Grandkids getting in and out of the pool.
