Will these work with a ps5?

Hi Frankenstank (love the name!), Yes the RIG 800 PRO HX will work for wireless audio from a P5 with some limitations. First off, in order to get audio through the wireless adapter from a PS5, you will need to set the switch on the adapter to "PC". The limitations are that Dolby Atmos is not support on Playstation PS4 or PS5. And the on-headset game audio/chat audio balance function will not work. You will need to balance game/chat audio in the PS5 audio settings. Do these have auto shutoff, or power saving mode after a certain amount of inactivity? I need to stay connected to bluetooth for 9 continuous hrs.

Hi Amy, If the RIG 800 PRO HX is off the charging base and being worn, they will give you a full 24 hours of listen/talk time before needing to be recharged. Please note, these are not Bluetooth wireless. They operate on a proprietary 2.4GHz digital RF lag-free wireless connection between the headset and the included wireless transmitter. That transmitter can be plugged into the RIG 800 PRO HX-included charging base or directly in Xbox console or PC. When the headset is placed in the charging base, it will power off after about 10-15 minutes of inactivity so that it receives a proper charge. Is this usb c or micro usb?

Hi Jonathan, The cable included with the RIG 800 PRO HX is micro-USB. This micro-USB cable plugs into the back of the multi-function charging base, and basically once you've plugged it in once, it will likely live there for the rest of the time you own this device. The USB-A end of the plug then plugs into your Xbox or PC. That single USB-A plug provides both charging power to the headset and the 2.4GHz wireless connection to the headset since the wireless adapter can reside in the multi-function base station. If you travel and just want to take the headset/adapter without the base, then you will have instance of plugging the micro-USB charging cable directly into the headset.
