These bags are a nice size and thick. With no odor however I always check my Mylar bags for pin holes before filling with food for long term storage. I use a bright flashlight in a dark room. Holes show up easily this way. Unfortunately 7 out of 20 bags had very tiny pinholes in them. Ranging from just 1 to 3 holes. Since I was desperate to get my stash prepped and put away I just covered the holes with double pieces of grey duck tape. I think you can expect pin holes in a couple of bags, but 7 out of 20 is a real disappointment.

The seal is great, product stays fresh, very durable. Perfect for a pound of "herb"
