So at first I didn’t think I was actually going to sweat but I was wrong I used it the first day I got it 5 mins in my routine the sweat started coming especially around my stomach and arm areas I plan on using this every work out if your thinking about buying just go ahead and do so because it’s worth it

I like that you do not have to move around a lot and you sweat. I have a 2xl and it fits to my skin and body nicely. The only thing I don’t like is once you starts to sweat it can be hard to get off. But overall I definitely love it
