Oval-8 Finger Splints - Combo Pack - Size 2, 3, 4

Worth getting one of the graduated set and shopping around for price. The manufacturer has an EU outlet in the Netherlands that sells them at a reasonable price and reasonable postage (but the exchange rate helps). I bought a set of 4,5 & 6 for a mallet finger. So much more comfortable to wear than the plastic tube from the hospital although maybe doesn't keep the finger QUITE as straight. Mainly worn the size 5 but the splints can be reversed for a slight sizing difference if a more snug or looser fit is needed. Normally these don't need taping on but sometimes I put some micropore tape on e.g. when showering or doing manual work. I hope I don't have another mallet finger but would use again if I do! Been wearing it now for a month (except for daily easy cleaning) but the proof whether its worked will be in a few weeks when I stop wearing it.

As described. But I can’t see how it can help my situation. Same thoughts by my consultant so I just returned the item. I measured and all but still was a size that was too small. Another reason of my return !

Bought on advice of my occupational therapist to immobilize a joint. Lightweight, sturdy, comfortable, well-priced. Hint: I affixed a small piece of 3M Nexcare flexible clear tape to my knuckle so avoid possible irritation.

I have big hands and unusually thick fingers. I needed a size 15 for my thumb, but did no know it when I purchased these. These fit some of my other fingers and seem fine, but I had to go outside of Amazon to find a size 15.

I still find the product over-priced, however the quality is very good.
