Works as it should.

This works really well. Gives you energy and focus. Especially for old people like me that still have to work.

The results are remarkable. I’m a long course triathlete, having completed over 20 IM 70.3’s, California Triple Crown Double Centuries, five CA Death Rides and other endurance events. The most noticeable objective measure is that my HRV had been very consistent around 45 ms and a few days after I started taking this supplement my HRV is now consistently in the mid 50’s. I have also had some cycling PR’s and my training has been below my normal level due to winter sports. Definitely my fitness is significantly higher for this time of the year.

So far so good. I can feel them working, similar to the nicotine patches. I bought these to replace using those.

Definitely notice a difference on a days I take this as opposed to days that I do not. Helps with focus! I work is a shared office space with 10 other people. It’s easy to get distracted… this helps a lot. I will be buying this again.

I like the company but haven’t seen much benefit yet.

I have been using these capsules for a few weeks and haven’t noticed any results, but I admit: I am unclear of the benefits these capsules and how to tell they are working.Are they for muscle development, cognitive function or better sleep? Maybe one or two, or all three? The minimal description on the bottle is little help. The price also seems a bit steep.Perhaps it takes longer for the benefits to kick in. If I notice a change in my workouts, mental functioning or sleep patterns I will be impressed.I will continue to take one capsule each morning and revisit this review in the weeks and months to come if I notice any difference, but I am uncertain of the benefits at the outset.

Having a more bioavailable supplement for Choline I a big deal. I would say that this is the most effective supplement that I take daily and would suggest anybody that’s had any kind of brain fog or would want more mental clarity throughout their day to give this a shot.. I’ve tried regular Choline supplements, but this variant of it is massively better.
