This is my second bottle.I like the fact that it's a special type of bottle that doesn't allow air in, increasing the shelf life of the product.However I find the spray pump doesn't work very well a few days in. The quantity dispensed per pump doesn't feel like it's enough.Your mouth and tongue will get black for an hour or so, it's of course the iron. I didn't get that with Spatone but I'm happy to not be opening and throwing away all those foil pouches.It doesn't taste disgusting and anyways you get used to it.

Don’t like the taste ! Tastes like blood in your mouth with scented perfume mixed in.Easy to use but not my favourite flavour!

Easy to take. No gastric problems and already experiencing the benefits of the supplement after 5 days.

Does what it says on the bottle

The measured, squirted dose from this seemed like a good idea, rather than counting drops as I had to with my last bottle of iron oil, which was also dearer but tasted of nothing much, maybe slightly creamy. This oil however was horribly sweet and chemical tasting and, because you squirt it under your tongue instead of just swallowing it the taste hangs about for a long time. Not recommended.

It’s iron. It tastes like iron so long as it raises iron levels then it’s fantastic.
