It is frosted flakes. You have had them before. This package was fresh and tasty. The convenience factor is worth it not to use a bowl each time, and have stale cereal in a big box. As a rant, why does everything come with a zip-lock feature except a box of cereal? Dumb.

It’s cereal. I like the individual portions so the cereal doesn’t get stale as I don’t eat cereal often.

LOVE THE FLAVOR, EASE OF PREPARATION, LACK OF DIRTY DISHES. THE PORTION SIZES ARE A LITTLE LARGE FOR ME, HOWEVER I SOMETIMES USE HALF OF TUB AND SAVE THE REST IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
