Lastolite LL LR2833 TriLite Speed-Lite Kit with TriLite Reflectors, Stand and Boom (Multi Color)

This is for the photographer on the go it is best used with either a couple of good quality strobes or similar. The break down could be designed even smaller than it is currently sold creating an additional screw joint directly after the bend. I cut and modified mine to do just this and now this thing is ultra-portable. Furthermore, it allows for extension options were not available before. As most of you won’t have a machine shop to alter this, the package is still great I prefer high speed low drag and modifying anything to get exactly what I want.

I have the previous model, and although it takes longer to assemble, I like the results better. For quick in-house shots, this is the one!

This is well made, easy enough to assemble but quite heavy. The bag is very cumbersome and I actually replaced it with a £14 light stand bag I bought from Amazon. It is great for portraits but I have found I actually use my normal triflector with a boom arm fitted to hold the reflector panels and the flash with an 80cm Umbrella Softbox fitted on the top of the stand. I use a triple cold shoe mount on a tilting head to get the angle. Everything including the flashguns fits into the much smaller triflector bag.
