Far exceeded expectations for swimming
I have tried three other swimming mp3 players. Two of them high end. One of the high end ones had earbuds and those popped out just about every flip turn. Another high end one had bone conduction pads, to attach to your temples, on your goggle straps. Those moved a lot and as soon as they moved, you couldn't hear anything. I had a cheap one that was bine conduction but attached to the back of the goggle straps. That one was okay, but it affected my stroke. These are dirt cheap, stay in place, sound decent and they can go at least 5 hours per charge. I just charge them every week and have not run out of charge yet. I usually swim 3-5 days a week and a normal workout is 2500 meters. Sound quality is good from the locker room to the pool, hot tub/ sauna/ shower. It seems focused enough that the other people around me are not hearing my music. I would not choose these for use outside the pool or wet environments though. The sound quality is much better with normal ear buds. For the pool though, these are great.

poor quality, neither reliable nor waterproof
First unit was a failure. Replacement was also a failure and is going back for a refund. For the money I wasn't expecting a lot and still it was a disappointment. You would do best to avoid these. For the first unit, the sound was acceptable. It charged up fine, paired to phone easily & had good bluetooth range. On test phone calls people said they heard me fine. Connected to my computer without issue. Music transfer went fine. Switching from bluetooth to mp3 music was easy. Seemed all good until the next day when I went for a swim. Within 10 minutes in maximum 3 feet water depth, things started to go bad. Started with crackling noise on one side. Then a horrible squeal noise started and the headset said, "Power off." That was the end of the first unit. So I returned it for an exchange. Second unit arrived super quick, charged up fine, paired to phone and operated on bluetooth just as well as first unit. Unfortunately, this unit would not stay connected to my computer long enough to transfer an album of music. Had the same problem on two other computers. After repeated tries I managed to transfer a total of 5 songs. Then it wouldn't connect at all to any computer. Had already decided to return for refund but tried it in pool anyway, just out of curiosity. Did a 30 minute swim in same pool. Had no problems. After swim I turned the unit off, came back in and set it on my desk. A few minutes later I heard a faint voice. The headphones had turned back on and was cycling through saying, "Bluetooth mode," then "Music mode," and "Game mode". (At least that is what it sounded like. The female accent was hard to understand.) Each time I try to turn it off, hearing the unit say "Power off", it turns itself back on again. Nothing I do can make it stay off. On top of that, it no longer connects via bluetooth or plays mp3 music.Update: before I got it in box for a return, my phone started saying it was connected, then disconnected, then connected, then... Well, you get the picture. Problem isn't phone. It's fine with everthing else. It's the headphones. Dang thing is a complete mess. Stay away from it.

Great for the price, shorter battery life than advertised
First of all, this is the cheapest waterproof true bone conducting headphone on Amazon and it doesn't act like it. I've been using it extensively for lap swim for a month and a half without any issues. The sound quality is so-so, but that's not surprising for bone conduction. I have no issues hearing it in the water and it's great to have music during my workouts. Interface took a minute to get used to but is adequate. Used Bluetooth a couple times without issue but primarily use the onboard storage. Transfer speeds are slow but I'm not switching out songs regularly. For the price to have all this is great as long as they continue to hold up.Biggest complaint is battery life. It's advertised as up to 7 hours at 70% volume. I discharged multiple times from full power and got less than 3 hours at 70% volume and less than 2 hours on 100% volume. Contacted the company and got a response asking for more info, then provided it and never heard back again. Not a major problem but I have to charge it after every use and can't go for extended bike rides, runs, or swims without it dying.

Improved cable and reasonable sound quality
I have had several bluetooth induction headsets for swimming. Each of them died due to cable issues - they were still usable but you couldn't copy via USB anymore. This is the first one with a cable thicker than a thread. It feels much more trustworthy. All my previous induction headsets were double the price of this headset. The RR Sports headset is at least as good or better than those other headsets in every category. While this headset works well under water (like the others) it fits better than my other headsets. The wire behind the head feels a shade smaller and thus there is better grip.None of these headsets can stream underwater. Bluetooth just won't travel through something as dense as h2o. So normally I copy the news or podcasts to my headset for swimming. Trialing this headset streaming from my phone (sitting only a couple yards away) and I was able to keep a bluetooth connection with my face under the water. If you swam real laps it wouldn't work though.I also like that the buttons are on a spot where the headset touches my skull. That gives something to push against other than around my ear.

Good sound short battery life.
I got these bone conduction mp3 headphones because at my work they decided you could only wear one ear piece and only at your workstation. I had a different headphone that was Bluetooth that I paired with my Sansa Sport but was tired of having two devices on me. The pros: the sound is surprisingly good for the price, you can turn them up all the way and block out most of the ambient sound. There is little to no bass but I am not a bass head so not an issue, the music picks up where you left off which is nice. The cons: there is no shuffle play. The battery life is less than advertised, I play it for about an hour a day in the office before I hit the street and it didn't last 4 days. I don't know if it would last longer using Bluetooth but I only use if for Mp3's.
