This works as well as the name brand and is almost fifty dollars cheaper for six filters. The name brand sells each filter separately wrapped in aluminum foil and there is a thirty day limit to each one's use once opened. They are not vacuum packed.When you open the single foil package that encloses these six generic filters, simply wrap each one in plastic and put them back in the package to keep them away from humidity and the light. Then you have thirty days to use each one once they're put into your air-mini. The few pennies and five minutes it takes to keeps each one usable is worth the nearly fifty dollars savings.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. All in one package means I just spent $30 for one filter because they will all be unusable after 30 days. Why are these not individually packaged?!

I received my order of 6 cartridges. When I opened the single sealed foil packet. All 6 cartridges were inside. Now that all 6 have been exposed to the environment they will all be thrown away in 30 days. The original manufacturer states;“HumidX™ cartridges should be replaced 30-days after opening.” Each cartridge should be individually sealed!

Clearly, this was a return that was packaged and sent to me. All of the filters are dried out and ruined. The foil. Package had been cut open and tape shut.

Description implies that the humidifiers are individually packaged; they are not. If you understand how these work, the minute you expose them to air they start absorbing moisture in the air. Even the packaging states "Replace 30 days after using" and "Replace 30 days after opening". By packaging six in one bag and only being able to use one at a time, these are effectively more expensive than the OEM humidifiers from ResMed.
