I have a bad back, bad shoulders, bad hips, and always had a firm supportive mattress which was a trade off of firm support for my back but frequently left me with sore shoulders and hips from sleeping on my side. I has never purchased a folded, rolled up, compressed packaged and shipped mattress before either. At first the mattress seemed extremely soft when sitting on the bed or moving around on the bed seemed difficult. HOWEVER! A month and a half in to owning and sleeping on this mattress I have been experiencing the most comfortable nights sleep in as long as I can remember. Laying in any position this bed offers firm body conforming support which takes care of my back without putting pressure on my hips and shoulders. I have found that I often wake up in the same position I fell asleep in without rolling around. I'm sleeping like a log!

I actually really like the mattress. My only complaint is I’m pretty sure it’s a full size instead of a queen but I guess I’ll find out once my frame gets here. Other than that, it is very very comfortable. I personally can’t to the whole sinking into the mattress soft but while it’s firm, it’s also very soft if that makes sense. It’s like a firm memory foam. About the height, it does seem to be 8in but honestly, I just opened the mattress like 2 hours ago so it still needs time to expand. The material is also very soft and the mattress itself has no weird smells. I will give an update once it expands and my frame gets here. ****Update***** It is a queen size lol and it went up to 9 1/2 in so not 10 but pretty close. I have no other complaints. The mattress is definitely worth the purchase. Also it came the very next day and I didn’t even pay for express delivery.

I really like it, I let it fluff up for about 12hrs and it was ready to sleep on. You can definitely feel the springs but it’s not uncomfortable. Very bouncy, decently firm. The only downside is that I feel like I’m rolling into my boyfriend at night lol

Impressed with shipping, as it was showing when I purchased this it might take more than a week to receive. However, it was here much faster. Additionally, based on several reviews I was thinking I might have to buy some additional hardware or attempt to decipher not too easy to understand instructions(at the very low price I was okay with a small amount of that). Pleasantly surprised that that was not the case, at all. The included instructions and hardware were perfect and easy to read. I ordered the queen size, assembled it on my own in less than probably 45 minutes. No noises, or concerns. Additionally it does have both places for a headboard and foot board to be optionally added.

Update:10/25/24 I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement mattress - I give the 5 stars! However, it is still a full size not a queen. The company gave the dimensions for a full mattress and a queen but what they are selling as a queen is a full mattress! The description needs to be changed. It is also not 10 inches. I would give the company zero stars if I could. They never responded to my email. Update: Discovered that is a full size mattress. I paid for a queen. The bed frame is a queen, so the sides and top and bottom of the frame is exposed! Bought another queen mattress for a guest bed from Wayfair and could see the difference right away. Measured it and dimensions are for a full mattress. The seller never responded to my email. I am so upset. Downgraded review to one star for the all round dishonesty! I bought this because I am on a really tight budget. I needed something that will help with relieving pain in my lower back and hip from sleeping on a blow up mattress after a move. I have given this a month and I can still feel the coils! The foam top is very thin. I will reach out to the seller to see if they have a solution. I will come back to review again based on how that turns out.
