Very nice flavour and very sweet and smooth however the packaging was not very nice as the zip lock doesn't close so have to empty it out into another box

The main ingredient is protein concentrate which is the cheapest kind and not the best for absorption. You really want to be looking for pure protein isolate for top results. It’s cheap and you get what for pay for at the end. Still better than nothing and the taste is actually quite good. I was apprehensive to buy strawberry but I kind of like it. Bought it as a spot gap since my Whey Pure gold order was going to take 10 days to get here.

Its very taste if you use blender, Other wise It doesn't get mix in protien shaker bottles ,
