Just used this for the first time on a trip to Europe. This suitcase holds a lot. I had my Boots, 3 winter outfits, socks, pj’s and all my toiletries, and makeup. If my large suitcase was lost I had everything I needed in this carry on to enjoy my trip. I went on several planes and had no problem fitting this case into the overhead compartments. I also placed a medium sized bag on top and the wheels on this suitcase glided smoothly and was super easy to maneuver. Also after 2 weeks of traveling the suitcase looks brand new. Wheels are intact and zippers in and out are all working. Love this carry on and will never use anything else. This Level8 carry on is an excellent product.

I bought this luggage 2 years ago. I travel with it at least weekly often a couple times a week. Through my travels I have found that the wheels are nearly always the first thing to wear out on luggage. This bag is incredible! For a couple years of very very hard use the bearings glided smooth as glass. Better than any other bag that I've owned. Recently, one bearing did go bad, I contacted the company and with just two emails they express sent me replacement wheels. EASY! (I live in Alaska and requested that they send me parts rather than mail the suitcase to them for repair which is quite expensive and time consuming) I absolutely love that they stand by their warranty. Finally, after years of working in the travel industry I've found my go to brand for luggage. I very highly recommend this carry on bag for the traveler who is looking for a sturdy, reliable, and simple bag that just works!

This carry on is fantastic. I and my wife have used it on a couple of overseas trips recently and we both love the size and solid construction. It rolls like a dream on various surfaces. Fits very nicely in overhead bins. I very much appreciate the construction design that would easily allow a user to replace a wheel with only a screw driver if ever needed. Most case wheels are riveted in place which makes replacement almost impossible.

I need to upgrade my luggage once and for all! This was definitely it. I watched a TON of YouTube videos and finally got it. Great size. Extremely easy to maneuver. Love the color easy to identify. Expansion is great I can fit a LOT of clothes AND shoes in this suitcase. If u want something that will handle anything this is it. Plus it has a security lock for extra protection. This is the best quality suitcase I ever owned and it comes with a dust bag. 10/10 for this diva. If you are thinking about it just do it you will NOT regret it. Got scratched up a bit during travel but I don’t mind a few battle scares and u can get a fabric cover if you don’t want it looking scruffy.

Love this suitcase. I had an oldschool suitcase that had 2 wheels and a pull handle. After taking a trip overseas to Ireland/Wales I needed something easier to move around. This one fits my needs. It has 4 wheels that all roll smoothly. I can move it with minimal effort. I have taken it on a 8 day cruise and it worked very well. It held up to the beating it myst have taken to get on and off the cruise. And I have another cruise in 3 months and it holds everything I need for this trip. And plenty of room to bring stuff back. To save space i pack a quart ziplock bag with air and seal it to keep stuff from moving around and that leaves room to pack souvenirs from the trip. Always need room for souvenirs. 🤦‍♂️🤪. The zipper held up. I was worried about it and bought a strap to wrap around the suitcase but never needed it. But I am parinoid and will always pack one just in case. The shell feels and looks like it is flimsy but it held up. And didnt have any scratches or dents. The true test will be airline travel. But thats on the loaders not the airlines. Just sayin. 🫤 Very light empty and held up fully packed so I am giving 4 stars. I havnt tested it for airlines so will update if I get that info. I love the black color and the design is great for getting the most ot of the dimensions. The pull handle has 2 rods that are seen inside the case and isnt completely flat. Each side of the suitcase is capable of being closed off with a zippered cover to organize each side. (Image 1) The top has 2 mesh pockets zippered on the cover (image 4) but it is not see through. But is able to be zippered closed. Tsa approver lock to lock the case closed (image 5). Very functional without spending tons of money. I love it and it works great for my needs. With plenty if room versus ones with limited area on the inside compared to its outer dimensions. What you see is what you get on inside vs outside dimensions. No obstructed interior space besides the handles that run on the inside (see picture 3). Wheels 360 rotation smooth and easy to move about. (Pic 6). Very good suitcase well worth the money spent. Highly satisfied. 4star rating but not tested for airlines.

I saw a review on YouTube before purchasing this. Brand new, just received. After removing from shipping box, all looked beautiful, stunning. I love the rubber bumpers to protect this when placing on side for storage or overhead bins. I bought the lime color which is subdued, not screaming "Look at this color!" Then I tried the self-roll test: ultra smooth, quiet. The TSA and personal locks are solid, ands I was able to change numbers on first try. Now for the inside. So dissapointed* Level 8 puts all this effort into designing, manufacturing and marketing a good quality luggage line yet the ZIPPERS GET STUCK. It's worse trying to zip both directions around the corners, especially the inside compartments. Feels like you have to tug zipper pulls harder than normal to get around sticky spots, like something is going to break. Everything else is great quality. I would like to try zipper lubricant but that will probably break any warranty. This is a real shame. We do not have very many stores locally to pick from and I have a trip coming up soon. * Update: Level 8 contacted me and was willing to replace this but it was too close to trip time to exchange it. So I rubbed a little bit of wax onto the zipper tracks at all the corners where they were getting stuck. It didn't help. What DID help was packing the compartments for the trip. The bulk of contents packed or "pushed" the zipper tracks outward, making the zippers slide easily around those corners. I'm REALLY glad I didn't give up or return this. It is very attractive, sturdy, including the handle, even with the backpack I had on top while rolling. The handle doesn't jiggle. The sleeve on the backpack fit snugly onto the carry-on handles but it didn't slide off or budge at all. The wheels are dreamy smooth and roll quietly through airports and hotels whether tile, vinyl or carpets. It rolled easily over transitions to escalators and elevators without catching it tipping. There is a saying "you get what you pay for." Level eight makes high-quality luggage and the price is well worth it. At first, I was disappointed that it didn’t expand. However, when I compared it to my expandable Samsonite bag, the same size, I was able to get more in the level eight than the Samsonite even when it was expanded! Super Smooth wheels, solid construction, you can immediately see that it is a premium suitcase. I like it so much that I went ahead and also purchased their Voyageur 26" check in suitcase in the same color.

I travel often, though I don’t check bags often, so I expected this LEVEL8 luggage to hold up reasonably well. I actually love the look of the bag; the design is clean, modern, and really stands out compared to many other hard-sided suitcases. I liked it enough that I ended up buying four of them. Unfortunately, the durability has not matched the appearance. One bag came back from a trip completely destroyed, with the entire corner missing. Not cracked, missing. On another trip (see the pic), a second bag had the corner smashed in so deeply that it pushed the shell inward, and there was no way to pop it back out from inside. It distorted the shape enough that we were genuinely worried it wouldn’t make it home. I managed to push it out slightly to make the bag usable, but it’s still far from its original form. At this point, I don’t know whether to blame LEVEL8’s construction or American Airlines’ baggage handling. Still, I will say that I’ve had other brands survive similarly rough treatment without catastrophic structural damage. The suitcase looks fantastic, rolls smoothly, and is very lightweight, which I appreciated. But based on my experience, the hard shell is not strong enough for regular checked baggage use. If you love the design and don't plan to check it, it’s great. If you plan to check it, you may want to look for something more heavy-duty.
