The taste is like every other protein shake, almost there but still can taste the artificial aftertaste… at least for me all protein shakes pretty much taste similar. 3 scoops is a serving, it looks like a lot but it’s just fine everything dissolves well unless you throw everything in together at once then sometimes you can can a small amount stuck at the bottom of your shaker. Adding it more gradually will remove any undissolved bits.

I bought this because I'm really struggling with weight loss and needed something extra to keep me going. This actually taste AMAZING not like any other ones I've tried! Downfall is, when it was being delivered the delivery man was telling me that he's been told NOT to deliver it.. He continued to ask if I wanted it still. Obviously I said "well yeah I've paid for it" but he showed me on his little gadget that he had actually been told not to deliver it.. Strange.. Nothing was said to me apart from that it was on its way! Another thing... It seems to be only half full?? Seems like I'm paying for air here. Other than that, we'll see how the weight gaining progress goes, it just would have been nicer if it actually lasts as long as the container makes it look.
