After I injured both feet on separate occasions, I was in pain daily so decided to try insoles for support. I used insoles for weeks then realized my low back, hips and knees are not hurting painful.My problem has been that after wearing insoles daily for a week or two, the insoles broke in and were either narrower or shorter than my foot. I had purchased size 6.5 insoles for my 6.5 shoes but they were too small after cupping to the shape of my foot. I have ordered 9 pair of insoles but had to return the red ones and dark blue ones because these green ones provide the support I need, are comfortable, and do not give me blisters from being too short or narrow. I know I can order up a size to be bigger but then the size arch to heel is wrong and hurts feet.I encourage you to give support insoles a try these and let them get broke I for several days and see if your pain is relieved.

I really like these orthotic inserts. I wear a size 8 shoe. I ordered the Small and they fit inside my sneakers and walking shoes with no problem. I went to my podiatrist the other day and she approved of them. She likes the lift they give me and likes that the heel part is hard. I had no trouble getting used to them. This is a good product!

I wanted to like these, and the inserts seem like they're of good quality. The impact absorption is why I bought them for my Vionic walking shoes, and I figured the arch support would be fine. But the arches are too high and the back of the insert is too high around the heel, pushing my foot upwards against the vamp of my shoe. After about 15 minutes of wearing these, my feet start to ache, spreading to my legs. I feel like I have two river stones in my shoes the longer I wear them. Maybe in a different pair of shoes or loose rubber boots they'd be fine, but they don't work in walking shoes. I have fairly flat arches (one worse than the other), for the record. I did not have to cut the inserts, as they fit into my shoes lengthwise just fine.

I’ve used Superfeet for five years. I have very, VERY flat feet. My ankles go in slightly when I run so, insoles.Since using these I’ve developed ankle pain, when walking barefoot, which I’ve never had before. It pops ALL THE TIME and aches by evening. I’ve noticed when I consciously walk on the inside of my foot the pain and pooping stops, so I think this insole is correcting too much. It definitely has *way* more arch than my Superfeet Blue. I also have knee pain that has been very exacerbated since using these.Also, it is very loud! It makes that wet shoe-on-floor-noise when I walk. Loudly! I tested it and took the insole out and my shoe was quiet.I went back and ordered Superfeet Blue and inserted them this morning. Quiet shoes, feels so much better. Hoping ankle and knee pain subsides. Comparison photos for reference.I do not recommend as a replacement for Superfeet Blue.
