I LOVE to hand write & have been looking for the perfect pen for a long time. I work in logistics - good pens are absolutely invaluable to me.These. pens. The writing is SO SMOOTH & the colors are SO BEAUTIFUL. I adore writing with them. 😍😍😍 Highly recommend for all those who hand-write!!!

I just adore Pentel Energel pens and I've been ordering them for years, usually keeping myself stocked with blue, black, and violet. For fun, I splurged on this 14-pen set called "Show Your True Colors." Nothing on the box tells you which colors you are getting, so I have taken photos and labeled them with my best guess and in some cases my own terms for describing the colors, in case you are interested.The YELLOW is a nice bright color, not murky, but I am not sure what use I might find for it.The DARK GREEN is very dark and classy and I can imagine that these might be enjoyed as signature pens for business people who like green, but who cannot dare presenting their signature with a frivolous or unprofessional ink color. It's so dark that other people might not notice that the ink is green or they might jusy think it is black.The LIME GREEN is bright and fun.The REGULAR BLUE is the standard bright blue color that we see all the time, a perfect daily user color.The NAVY BLUE ink, like the dark green, is quite dark, almost a blackish color. Other people might not necessarily notice that it is blue if they are not paying attention or in a well lit space.The TURQUOISE BLUE is basically a vivid teal color.The DARKER VIOLET ink (my term for the color) is really not purple at all, but actually a fabulous, gorgeous medium periwinkle blue. The barrel of the pen does indeed look purple, but the ink reads as a periwinkle blue. If Pentel would sell 12 packs of this great color, I would buy these to keep lots in stock! (Are you listening, Pentel?)-The MAGENTA color is a dark pink.-The RED is a bright red that is tilted toward orange.-The color that I think is probably CORAL PINK could be Pentel's regular ORANGE, but I am just not sure. The barrel of the pen is a warmer coral pink and not a super Halloween type orange, so that's why I'm calling it Coral Pink. Thr ink color seems to be just a regular orange, not obviously pinkish, but maybe this is just my evening lighting faking me out.BROWN is a warm reddish brown.SEPIA is a greyer or more taupe-tilted brown, quite nice.BLACK is their regular black, which we see all the time.
