These insoles are great but come up a little small in size 8 shoes and sandals. Suitable for size 7 downwards but they are lovely.

Pensé que serían como la mayoría de plantillas, que vienen con los diagramas recortables para poder adaptarlas a tu numero de pie, pero no... Son pequeñas, calculo que perfectas para un 37 de pie, yo uso un 40... A pesar de que no rellenaban la suela de la bota para la cual las compre, quise probarlas por si eran lo suficientemente comodas, tirar con ellas mientras me diesen un soporte comodo. Pero no... Todo lo contrario, al ser acolchadas, ocupan espacio en el interior de la bota, si la bota es estrecha de punta (de homa en general), ves las estrellas... Las recomiendo solo si la horma de la bota o calzado, es ancho
