Works very well but due to the price I decided to switch over to powder because it's cheaper. I just buy my own empty capsules and fill them myself. When I was using this it helped with my sleep and helped me meet with my magnesium deficiency.

Great product. I have been using this product for over a year and have had side effects I don't know if it improves my sleep as I was not taking it for that purpose.

Ever since I began taking this particular form of Magnisium with vitamin K-2 I do not wake up foggy anymore, I wake well rested, clear minded and with energy. Not sure about recovering from hangovers or insomnia sleepless nights. This mix was recommended by a physician and I can’t thank her enough for it. Never actually felt a dietary supplement/vitamin/mineral work so effectively, fast and obviously!
