I bought this vitamin because of the ingredients. In my search, it had the exact amount of Calcium Citrate with vitamin D that my body needed. Calcium Citrate absorbs more easily than calcium carbonate. Since the cancer illness (years) I went through my body has needed calcium. I have been very pleased how my body been feeling of lately. I have been feeling better and not as achy. I have given this vitamin all the credit for helping me through my recovery. Healthy foods helps but this great vitamin has given me a lot help! Thanks.

If you don't have trouble swallowing large pills these are easy to take. I take mine with water and vitamin D3. I like the slow-release and take 2 tablets once a day for convenience. They don't taste bad. Good value for money. A bottle lasts 3 months taken this way.

I was recently told my calcium was low and that I need a supplement. This one came quickly and I have been using as described but I won’t be able to say if it helped because I can’t buy a second bottle. The dosage is 4 per day and they are huge and hard to swallow. If you have ever had to take potassium…it’s like that. I struggle through these twice a day, but I won’t be buying again
