Great taste, fast delivery, but I never realised it was so high in sugar which cannot be good for dieting hence the low stars

This item, makes a really nice shake no lumps, just a nice refreshing drink, to help with a controlled diet, it's important to still eat normal meals and plenty of fruit and vegetables, preparation takes only a few minutes, I mixed the correct quantity, ub a jug, and then put in the mixer and it's ready to drink and or store in the fridge. Love the flavour and mixes well with milk. However tastes more creamy with soya milk or coconut milk. My go to if I don’t fancy a meal or need something quick at work
